I love learning about new cultures and traditions and this was very new to me. I had the opportunity to photograph Cleo’s 1st Birthday party which was done in the traditional Korean way. A traditional Korean birthday is called a Dol or doljanchi. In Korean tradition the first birthday is a big deal.
