For users’ convenience, doljabi.com provides a Vendor Contact Form feature on the bottom-right corner of each registered vendor profile page.  Unregistered (Unmanaged) Vendor profiles do not show this feature.  Any user, prospect, or customer may use this feature to contact the respective vendor of the vendor profile page.  In order to filter spams and irrelevant messages, we review the contents of all communications sent via this channel prior to deeming the contents an approved communication, which we then forward the message to the respective vendor.

With respect to the approved communications forwarded to the vendor, we disclose to the vendor that the message contents has been submitted by a prospective user and has been forwarded by doljabi.com under our terms and privacy guidelines.

In unusual moments due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take us up to 2-3 business days to route approved communication to the vendor although most communications will likely reach the vendor within 12 to 24 hours.
