Emree’s 1st Birthday Party with a mix of Korean Doljabi Tradition

Seeing that Emree was created in Korea, born in Korea, and has lived the first year of her life in Korea, I think it’s safe to say she’s basically Korean (hehe). So in the spirit of that mindset, I set out to create a “fusion” birthday party that celebrates her roots as an American but also acknowledges this part of her life.  We had an “American” birthday party complete with a smash cake but included the traditional Korean birthday game called the “Doljabi”.
